Court documents show Samsung suspected plagiarism iPhone icon

According to technology blog AppleInsider reports, the court documents opened on Monday that Apple sued Samsung's infringement shows Samsung smartphone Home icon design is almost completely identical with the iPhone icon, suspected of plagiarism.

In this legal documents, including several contrast of iPhone icon and the Samsung icon, covering settings, iTunes, photos, contacts, phone and memoranda multiple application. These features icon of the Samsung smart phone have striking similarities with iPhone icons.

This document lists the Samsung Captivate, the Galaxy of Ace and Galaxy S a variety of models, in which each section of the icon design is almost identical to Apple's design.
