New hard drive storage technology speeds improve hundredsfold

New York University scientists developed a new computer hard drive data storage technology, use the heart to store date, not the magnetic field. This technology can store thousands of GB date per seconds, the speed is hundreds of times than current hard driver. As this technology need not use magnetic field during storing, so it can also reduce the hard driver’s power consumption.

It’s unimaginable to use the heart store date before, New York University physicist Thomas - Oscar Butler said: We did not use the magnetic field  store data to a magnetic storage media, but  only use the heart, The technology use ultra-short wave heat pulse to change the pole of hard substance , substantially enhance storage speed. Oscar Butler said, this is a revolutionary storage technology, it can store several TB date – thousands of GB date, is hundreds of times than current hard driver store technology, the whole store process need not use magnetic field, so it reduce the hard driver’s power consumption.

Modern magnetic recording technology use  the well-know phenomenon of magnet same poles exclusive and different poles attract, Store data by changing the magnet pole, so it needs to use an externalmagnetic field, the greater the intensity of the external magnetic field, the faster the data is stored. U.S. scientists found in the study, the ultra-short wave heat pulse can change the location of the Arctic and Antarctic, can use  the more powerful internal magnetic to store date.
