Microsoft may be busy preparing Windows 8, but
this does not affect the cooperation with West
Coast Customs, according to media reports, West
Coast Customs in cooperation with Microsoft to
create a very special high-tech Ford, Mustang – Microstang.
Microstang use Dynacom's copy of the 1967 hatchback body,
built-in Wi-Fi, display, Kinect sensors (front and rear) and Win8 touch screen dashboard. Meanwhile, Microsoft also packaged Ford
Sync, the Xbox 360, and rear
screenprojection screen. And Windows Phone plays the
role of the remote control in Microstang. Owners can make use
of the Windows Phone application to find the
car, unlock and start the car. In addition, the owner even
can use the mobile phone as a microphone, speak to the phone to propagate the sound outside of the car.
Obviously, this is not a production
car, but Microsoft is betting that some developerswill want
to learn more. The company plans in the coming weeks, develop the major
