Apple recently announced that as a part of the Samsung patent war,
the company has just recruited 93 Korean staff for its
legal team to access a large number
of Korean document that provide by Samsung.
All the staff that recruit this time have entered into contracts
with this two law firms hired by Apple, including 73contract lawyers
and 20 of document review. The two law firms are Morrison
& Foerster and WilmerHale, they have been submitted
statement to the U.S. International Trade
Commission (ITC), announce that these Korean staff
has agreed to sign a confidentiality

The WilmerHale specifically help Apple deal
with Samsung’s patent litigation, the staff recruit by this company
include 73 contract lawyers and 20 of document reviewer, Morrison
& Foerster is designed to help Apple sued
Samsung, addition to six lawyers and two documents reviewer overlap with
WilmerHale reviewer, the company also
independently recruited a lawyer.

said that the newly recruited members may not have
the patent litigation background, their
main task is perhaps only in the Korean reading and
expression.
Apple's move is to deal
with Samsung shortly submit hundreds
of Korean documents. Apple said that part
of the documents are received in the day before
testify under oath, the lawyers can not make the
necessary reading and analysis.
Apple has submitted a motion to the court, hopes receive english
documents five days before the testimony under oath and receive foreign
documents ten days before the testimony under oath. This motion has
